Information for Exhibitors
We have had a lot of interest in the event, and there is currently a waiting list for exhibitors. If you are not able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can give your spot to someone else.
The event will be held in Ras al Ain Hangar, in central Amman. The space can fit up to 2000 people and is used for workshops, art exhibitions, fairs, markets and more. It is located on Ali Bin Abi Talib Street, opposite to Al Hussien Cultural Center.

The event starts at 8:30 am on March 1st. This considered, you will need to come the day before to set up your stall. The venue will be open from 10:00 until 18:00 the day before the event (28th February) for exhibitors to set up.
Each exhibitor will have a table covered with a black cloth. You can use the wall space around the table to put up posters / banners / photographs / other material. We encourage you to bring a sample of your product to the event. Power cables are in short supply, so please make sure everything is fully charged before coming!

On the Day
During the event, two slots have been allocated for “marketplaces”. During these slots, attendees will have the opportunity to walk around, visit the stalls and chat with you. Both hour long “marketplaces” will take place on day one. You can find an overview of the agenda here. Free wifi will be available at the space. Free lunches, coffee and snacks will also be provided on both days.
Photos and Video
If you have them, please send us some photos of your product / service in action by 22nd February. These will be used on this website, and in the brochure for the event. Everyone who comes will be given a brochure. Images are a good way to attract people to come and visit your stall during the “market place”. The more professional looking the images are, the better.
Some exhibitors have contacted us to let us know that they also have short videos that that they would like to show on the main screen. If you have a short video, do send it to our email address. We can’t promise we will show them all, but we will take all submissions into consideration.
There are three prizes of up to $50,000 available at the event. The total funding available through the event is $150,000. We will be updating this page soon with the criteria for each of the three prizes.
